The International Korea Grand Prix Competition invites musicians from all over the country to the contest, which aims to discover excellent talents and promote the quality of the music industry by providing a variety of stage experiences and expressions to music performers across the country.
● Participation category
1. Piano
2. vocal (solo, ensembles), musical vocal
3. Strings (violin, viola, cello, contrabass, classical guitar, harp, and lever harp)
4. Wind instruments (woodwind -flute, oboe, clarinet, bassoon, saxophone), (Brass -trumpet, trombone, Horn, tuba), Percussion
5. Piano Duo (1 Piano 4 Hands/ 2 Piano 4 Hands/ 2 Piano 8 Hands)
6. Piano accompaniment (choose between 2 vocal/free songs or
2 instrumental/free songs)
7. Chamber music (submit instrument composition in detail when applying)
8. concerted audition (all parts available / concerto movement 1)

● Participation Fee
1. All grades including adult participants - 150,000 won per piece (free piece)
(2 pieces –200,000 won, Additional piece -50,000 won)
Provide individual videos and commentary
2. Piano Duo, Chamber music- 100,000 won per person,
Vocal/Ensemble, Musical/Ensemble- 100,000 won per person
3. Piano accompaniment -180,000 won (Official favor recommended as an accompaniment if receiving the highest award for accompaniment)
4. Concerted audition – 200,000 won (Companion is required)
5. Chamber Orchestra (Various instruments can be configured/ No limit on the number of people) – 700,000 won per team
6. If you want to play for a long time, apply for a premium evaluation
(10 min.- 250,000 won/ 15min.- 300,000 won
20min.- 350,000 won/ 30min.- 400,000 won)

● Awards and privilege
1. Grand Award - certificate of award, trophy and winner's concert, prize money of 1 million won
2. Best excellence Award - certificate of award, trophy and winner's concert, prize money of 500,000 won
3. Excellence Award - certificate of award, trophy and winner's concert, prize money of 300,000 won
4. 1st, 2nd and 3rd place by category - certificate of award and we'll give you a chance to participate in the winner's concert _free participation)
5. Encouragement Awrad- certificate of award
6. Excellence Leader Award - Trophy and a gift card
● Note
1. All songs must be played by memorization (excluding duo. chamber music)
2. Alternate participation with video is possible (Reasons for substitution attached/ Video should be in high definition, not edited)
3. For minor or non-major, please mark it (minor/non-major)
4. In the case of vocal music, it can be edited if there are many slow parts
5. Can support both category at the same time (ex. Violin and concerted audition)
5. Retakers, GEDs, and homeschools can be applied for the relevant grades (ex. Retakers →3rd year of high school)
6. Please check the competition time in advance and follow the rules, and score will be deducted if you fail to comply
7. Privileges will be delivered at the awards ceremony, and the top winner will be offered a scholarship and a chance for a concert
8. The announcement will be posted on the website in the afternoon of the day, and the entire schedule may be adjusted due to the organizers' circumstances
9. All submitted documents and participation fees are not returned
